BABY STEPS/ THATS SO GINGHAM

I have a habit of being a sporadic creator. I get bursts of motivation and on those (very) rare occasions I ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING WITH MY LIFE. This time, i grabbed some Laura Ashley gingham (i had just, y'know, lying around) and throttled it under my sewing machine and out came (a severely cropped and wonky) ...thing. I felt quite proud of my achievements so i felt the need to document it:

Yes, as you can see, i went to extra lengths to cover my face. If you know me (and/or have seen me), THEN YOU UNDERSTAND. I think the flower headbands are a worthy compensation. I bought them yesterday and bought three of them as i was convinced they would contribute to my life. They did. Im patting my back right now in a congratulatory manner. Brava.
